It's March already and what a wonderful new energy this month has.As the weather grows cooler and the rains have come in, I have felt a wonderful release of energy from Mother Nature.
With the new energy I am getting excited about what this year will bring. This will be a busy year for me but I am looking forward to meeting more people, catching up with many of you and travelling to new places
Sorting out the Soul Monsters
A big thank you to everyone that came along to the Sorting Out your Soul Mates from Soul Monsters event at Toombul in January. It was great to see so many of you, thanks for coming up to say hi and for getting your books signed.
Crystal Healing - Brisbane Workshop
In January I ran my Crystal Healing workshop again for the first time in a couple of years. I had a great group of people come along to the workshop, it was so much fun for me to share my love of crystals with others, and for me to teach about chakras and oracles. I am looking forward to teaching this workshop again later in the year.
AC/DC- Channelling Bon Scott for Triple M Radio Station
Well it was an exciting week last week. I was invited to go on air with "The Cage- Triple M's Breakfast Show" for the live broadcast at the first AC/DC show in Brisbane. I was asked to try and connect with Bon Scott the lead singer of AC/DC who has passed away. I explained to the producer that I could not guarantee that Bon Scottwould come through. I told them that I have connected with celebrities before, but usually they would only come through when their family members or friends are with me wanting to connect with them.
Bon Scott didn't dissappoint us though! He came through loud and clear. He answered all of the questions thrown at him and I passed the information on to the listeners as best I could.It was great to talk with Ian Skippen, Marto, Sully and Emily Jade from The Cage they were very supportive and interested in what I do.

It's December and almost Christmas time already! It's time to say goodbye to 2009 and welcome in 2010. I am really looking forward to the New Year! 2010 is going to be an exciting year with a very fast positive energy to it.
I know it may sound a little cliché to say start getting your wish lists out and begin manifesting what you would like for the New Year with your New Year resolutions. As crazy as it sounds, it is so important to begin the New Year with a new positive energy. You can do this by making your own wish lists or by visualising what you would like to achieve in the year or perhaps write some affirmations or make a vision board.
As this year draws to a close, I look back on all the changes that have occurred in and around me and my family and friends. It has been a year of many ups and downs a big adventure along the way with many lessons learnt.
With the slower heavier energy of 2008 and 2009 now leaving, I am hopeful that many of you will have a much stronger, happier and healthier year ahead in 2010.

The No Excuses Guide to Soul Mates Book Launches
It has been a very exciting time launching my first book with Stacey Demarco in Sydney at the Adyar Book Shop. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported us on our special night. It was a great night.
We also had an opportunity to teach a short Soul Mates workshop and launch our book at the beautiful Qi Holistic Healing Centre and New Age Shop in Caulfield South, Melbourne. Thank you to everyone who came along and shared with us.
For everyone who lives in and around Brisbane please do not think I would forget you. We are in the process of working with my publisher Rockpool Publishing to get the details for the Brisbane book launch. At the moment it looks like it may be in January or February. Well Spring is finally here. Thank goodness for that, it has now brought forward the energy that most of us have been waiting for. The past month or so has had an intense energy, it has felt as if we are being pushed forward to make a lot of changes and to get rid of anything which has been stagnant or holding us back this year. This pushy energy may have made you feel anxious, cranky or even depressed. Hopefully you have felt the shift and are now feeling more positive about what is to come.
On a personal level I have felt this energy very strongly and have made some big changes in my own home environment which will make way for new positive energy to come through leading up to next year. I figure why wait until January to make changes, start bringing the new energy in now!

Its June already! We are officially half way through the year which is quite surprising to me because it feels like it was February just yesterday.
With the cooler winter months it's a great time for us to enjoy spending time indoors with family and friends and enjoying warming and comforting foods. It's a time of grounding our energies and focusing on what is important in our lives.
I just want to say a big thank you to all the people in Melbourne who came to the MBS festival or the With No Excuses workshop. Everyone has been so friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. Melbourne is now feeling like a wonderful second home to me, (Brisbane being my first).

Jade-Sky Soy Candle Launch
I was excited to launch my Jade-Sky soy wax candles earlier this month at the Melbourne MBS festival which are all handmade using 100% soybeans. Each candle burns for 55 hours, is infused with 100% essential oils and has a specific crystal imbedded in it.
There are four different types of candles available:
- Abundance Candle
- - Infused with orange oil and contains a citrine crystal
- Protection Candle
- - Infused with lavender essential oil and contains an amethyst crystal
- Love Candle
- - Infused with rose essential oil and contains a rose quartz crystal
- Guidance Candle
- - Infused with bergamot oil and contains a clear quartz crystal
The candles were a big success at the festival and workshop in Melbourne, they are great for bringing the right energy into your home or work environment or as a gift for a loved one. I will have all of my candles and sprays available for sale at the Brisbane MBS festival and at my workshops.

I can't believe it's March already; time sure has flown by since my last newsletter. February was a short month but it was jam packed full of new things that have been going on, so I thought I would wait for March to write this next newsletter.
With No Excuses - Past Lives and Soul Mates Workshops
The first thing I am very excited to announce is that I have finalised all the details for my new workshop series with Stacey Demarco. Our workshop series is called "With No Excuses" it is a uniquely honest metaphysical series that busts the myths about common new age topics, it is taught by both Stacey Demarco and I.
"With No Excuses" will bust the myths and give you an action plan. It will be very hands on and practical with both Stacey and I working with each person in the room this is a powerful and intimate workshop.
The first workshop day will be split into two separate workshops. In the morning you will learn about soul mates and in the afternoon you will learn about past lives.Because each workshop is separate you do not need to do both if you do not want to, you may like to attend just one. It is totally up to you.
If you are interested in finding out more about your past lives, or if you or your friends are looking to attract an ideal partner or improve a relationship...this will be of interest!

Friday 13th (Black Friday) Radio Segments
It has been an interesting couple of months calendar wise because we have had two Friday the 13th's already this year. The first Friday 13th was in February and we had the second one just yesterday on Friday 13th March.I have been very lucky on both of these nights to be live on air on radio. It was great fun to be on air with Michelle and Smallzy from Nova 106.9fm Launchpad again on Friday 13th of February.
I love going into the studio with Michelle and Smallzy, they are both very open and caring people who know how to have fun.
On Friday 13th of March I had the pleasure of being live on air at 1am to 2am Sydney time on radio 2GBam with David Oldfield. It was my first time on air on 2GB and at such an early time in the morning but I really enjoyed it. I was surprised that there were so many people awake at that time of the morning.
The callers kept ringing in and it was great to talk with David, he was very professional and friendly. David has asked me to go into the Sydney studio live on air when I am down in Sydney in April for With No Excuses so that will be great.
General Information
Thank you to everyone that has been sending me lovely emails asking why I wasn't in the February issue of Insight magazine. Due to my very busy schedule this year with my readings, Mind Body Spirit festivals, and "With No Excuses" plus being a Mum of three beautiful children and a wife, I thought it was important not to spread myself too thinly energetically. I loved writing for Insight magazine, but I decided in January that I would not be writing for them anymore due to the time constraints.
I also want to say a huge thank you to Esther who has been my assistant for the past couple of months. Esther has helped me so much, I am going to miss her now that she has left due to her family commitments but I am excited to announce that I have a new assistant Sue.
Sue is a wonderful lady who will help you with any of your queries or bookings.
